The Challenge

Everyone loves a beer-fueled, late-night burrito. Chipotle broke the mold; making these mouthful bites accessible all-day with customizable options and well-sourced ingredients. They achieved cult status. The challenge was to extend their robust mobile subscription base.

THE Solution

We created a referral program for Chipotle’s mobile subscribers, messaging an SMS link to an experience where their current subscription base could create and customize a virtual card they share with friends.
